Aging: American oak for 12 months.
The only Nero D'Avola in Uruguay, with an annual production of 1,000 to 1,200 bottles. A ruby red wine, with aromas of spices and red fruits. On the palate, it is friendly, with round and soft tannins that remind us of fresh red fruits and leave a sensation of freshness and delicacy.
An ideal wine to drink alone or pair with meals, such as white fish, eggplant tart, and grilled chicken.
Serving temperature: 16 °C-18 °C.
