Tannat "Libero"

Variety: 95% Tannat - 5% Nero D'Avola and Sangiovese.

This varietal wine showcases the creative freedom that Tannat allows. When this grape is harvested at its optimal ripeness, it accepts the integration of other varieties, as in this case Nero D'Avola and Sangiovese. A wine with excellent structure. With aromas of ripe plums, licorice, and mint. It fills the mouth with soft, sweet, and lingering tannins.

A wine for cellaring, but it can be enjoyed today at our tables due to the high quality of its tannins. It pairs well with stuffed pasta with sauces, fatty fish, lamb stew, grilled red meats, and game.
