Tannat Syrah Blend

Variety: 50% Tannat - 50% Syrah.

This is a very demanding and original blend in its conception, as these are two grapes with great personality. The robustness of Tannat is surrounded by the tenderness offered by Syrah. Aromas of plum and ripe strawberry intertwine.

This blend pairs very well with red meats, grilled vegetables with herbs and spices, and strong cheeses such as Roquefort and Parmesan.

Serving temperature: 16 °C-18 °C.
